Description
While working in a supermarket (Lidl) over the summer of 2023 where I learned and improved many important soft skills, such as communication, handling difficult customers... I decided to spend the other half of my time improving my hard skills through the CompTIA A+ exam in order to validate the basics before moving onto more specific certifications such as the Security+. Throughout the summer I was able to maintain a balance between both my hard and soft skills. Learning basic cybersecurity skills, hardware and software troubleshooting, hardware configurations... to knowing how to manage customers, communicating effectively...
